TwinTrac: The Low Cost Solution
The TwinTrac Stage was designed for moving relatively heavy loads (less than 200 lbs) from point to point with relative accuracies of .005″ per foot of travel. Our standard travel lengths of 6, 12, 18 and 24″ have lead times of 2 weeks or less. Custom travel lengths are available with minimum orders of 10 pieces. OEM inquiries are welcome.

- Twin precision ground support rails
- Four ceramic bearings, two on each rail for solid support
- Teflon® coated precision rolled lead screw for low friction operation
- Antibacklash coupling
- 23 frame 1.8 degree step motor, designed for microstepping drive
- Optional End of Travel and Home limit switches
- Optional Rotary Encoder mounted on motor
