USAutomation

USAutomation is a wholly owned subsidiary of Quatro Automation. It is the arm of our company that manufacturers and private labels products which we sell throughout the USA and Canada. These products were designed with the OEM in mind and consist mainly of positioning devices and systems which are intended to be easily integrated into our customers’ machines.

TwinTrac Stage

The TwinTrac Stage is a more rugged system than the UniTrac. The TwinTrac is comprised of twin bearing rails and four bearing surfaces for heavier load carrying capability. The TwinTrac features a center lead screw design, Antibacklash coupling and a 23 frame Step Motor. With standard travel distances of 6, 12, 18 and 24 inches, the TwinTrac offers a robust, low cost positioning system.

Micro Stage

If size matters, the Micro Stage family of products is the perfect choice. The family is comprised of two varieties of products; one is Lead Screw driven, while the other is Ball Screw driven. Travel distances are 10, 30 and 40mm for the Lead Screw driven stages and 40, 60, 120 and 200mm for the Ball Screw driven stages. End of travel limits are optional and all stages include a step motor and antibacklash coupling. These units are in stock and immediately available.

Step Motors

USAutomation step motors are offered with the OEM in mind. In our increasingly competitive world, not every application requires the highest quality motors offered at premium pricing. Immediate delivery is often not worth the extra money when the OEM can place annual blanket PO’s to get the best price and reliable deliveries. USAutomation offers the best of all worlds, great motors and a very attractive price. We will even manufacture custom subassemblies to the OEM’s needs.
