Lead Screw Assemblies

Quatro Automation manufactures a variety of subassemblies based on a lead screw to which a number of components are added. Quatro will also work closely with our OEM partners to mold custom components thereby minimizing the number of components used in the assembly.

Elevator Assembly

  • This assembly consists of a lead screw, guide bearing, custom nut, bearings, machined aluminum structure and home flag.

Lead Screw With Bearings

  • The pictured lead screw assembly includes, bearings, anti-backlash nut and drive pulley.
  • The lead screw is Teflon coated for smooth running, low friction operation.
