Quatro Automation manufactures over one hundred different subassemblies for a wide variety of OEM customers. In many cases we work closely with design engineers to design the most cost effective assembly for their machine. In other cases we simply act as a Contract Manufacturer to the OEM’s product design.
Whatever the situation, Quatro manufactures all subassemblies using the same exacting manufacturing techniques. All electrical subassemblies are burned in to insure that all modifications are electrically sound. Detailed work instructions include photographic instructions for assembly and test procedures for each subassembly.
Our philosophy is quite simple; we want to deliver products on time, with such high quality that the subassemblies go from the receiving dock and into our OEM customer’s machine the same day they are received, significantly reducing or customers cost of doing business.
